Microsoft have removed this option. To download official xap file goto the link 'winphonehub-apps.appspot.com'. Steps to download-1 Enter the URL of any app on the Windows Store and click submit. 2 Now click on the download buttom. 3 After download rename file to appropriate.xap,.appx or.appxbundle before copying to phone.
